Denitsa Anastasova - Psychologist

Denitsa Anastasova is a clinical psychologist at Vita Hospital with professional experience in the field of addictions and healthy eating. She graduated with a master's degree in "Clinical and Counseling Psychology" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and a bachelor's degree in "Psychology" from VTU "St. St. Cyril and Methodius”.

She was trained in the method of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and applies an integrative approach in her work. She has experience in counseling adults, teenagers and their families with various problems - anxiety, depression, addictions, existential crises (interpersonal conflicts, loss, separation, traumatic experiences), etc.
